Matthew Enger

Matthew Enger has been named the Australian Communications Ambassador for 2024.

Matthew is the Managing Director of Leap Telecommunications (Leaptel), responsible for overseeing all areas of the organisation. In this role, he has responsibility for the company’s ongoing results including ensuring the quality of internet service is second-to-none.

Matt has many years of business leadership, networking engineering, legal compliance and extensive customer care experience through a variety of roles and business ventures. From his initial groundings as an internet enthusiast at high school to his successful career as an IT expert and network engineer, Matt’s experience and business knowledge ensure he is a highly-skilled leader.

Currently, Matt is the Chairman of the IAA Board since 2020 and is also the IAA representative for the NZIX Committee.
