Special directions on the night

As the Sofitel Sydney Wentworth is in the final stages of a major refurbishment, access to the Level 3 Ballroom will be via a temporary entry (next to Adora Chocolates in the Wentworth Arcade). Please follow the directives below upon your arrival to the hotel:

• Should you enter via Phillip Street, you will need to walk through the Wentworth Arcade & enter via the glass doors next to Adora Chocolates.
• Should you enter via Bligh Street, please head up the escalators, then left to enter via the glass doors next to Adora Chocolates.

Seating Arrangements

The ACOMM Awards Dinner seating arrangement will be in tables of 10. For more information on tickets and table bookings, please contact Slatterys on 03 9663 3093 or email info@acomms.com.au.

Cancellation Policy

Given written notice to accounts@teamslatts.com.au of at least 30 days from the Dinner start time, we are happy to issue a full refund for any cancellation of single tickets. Given written notice to accounts@teamslatts.com.au of at least 60 days from the Dinner start time we are happy to issue a full refund for any cancellation of table bookings. Due to demand for tickets, we cannot guarantee bookings if payment has not been received one month prior to the Dinner. Refunds are not provided for any cancellation received after this time or for non-attendance on the day. Delegate substitutions may be made at any time. All refunds will incur a AUD50 administration fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
